It was quite hectic and exhausting but the places we went to - Istanbul, Ephesus, Pamukkale and Cappadocia - were all worth it! We had a great time swimming in the thermal pools of Pamukkale. Exploring Ephesus and seeing the Library of Celsius was like really going back in time. The hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia is highly recommended! It was just awesome! :) We also liked the fact that you arranged a free time for us on our last day in Istanbul to explore on our own. We really loved it! The hotels were all clean and comfortable. We especially liked the cave hotel you booked us in at Cappadocia. It was small but quaint. We preferred the second hotel you booked us in on our last day in Istanbul. Their facilities were more updated and their location was better. The tour guides were all knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend Pomegranate Tours to all my friends and relatives who wish to visit Turkey. I would not hesitate to visit Turkey again in the future. Thanks for a job well done! I just returned from Turkey on July 22 2013 back to Singapore. I read about Pomegrante tours on tripadvisor and emailed Mr Mevlut exactly what I wanted to cover and within a day, I received an extensive itinerary. Upon my arrival in Istanbul at about 9pm on 14 July 2013, I received a call on my way to the hotel from Mr Mevlut to ensure that the pick up from the airport was on time. I was certainly impressed at the very beginning of my 11 days in Turkey. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mr Mevlut upon my arrival in Istanbul. He was fantastic in organising my itinerary and accommodations. The travels and transit and hotels right up to the transfer pick up time in each place was excellent. Even when I got a pick up time mixed up, he went out all the way to call the travel agent in Antalya and ensured, I will be picked up for my boat tour. I don't know how the system works over there in Turkey, but if you are a lone traveller and need safety etc, don't hesitate to contact Mr Mevlut. He was great and this is to commend him and every person in the hotel, driver, transfers, the flights were fabulous. I highly recommend for you to use Mr Mevlut and his agency. I would like to say that Mevlut of Pomegranate Tours is a very good and competent tour guide. He went the extra mile for us when we missed our flight from Kayseri to Istanbul after completing our tour of Coppadaccio. He even refunded our air tickets we purchased that evening. "Our recent trip to Turkey was fabulous. My three children, my wife and I have enjoyed every minute of it. We have been in Cappadocia, Ephesus, Kusadasi, Pamukkale, Bursa and of course Istanbul. We visited the main touristic attractions in Istanbul and had a (rainy) tour in the bosphorus by boat. Special thanks to tour guides: Kadir, Tameer and Begum who made the Tour very enjoyable and interesting in giving cultural and hostorical explanations on the places we visited. Mr. Mevlut has organized everything for my family and I. He looked after all the details and was phoning me to check if everything was going fine. He and his colleague/friend Qadir took care of my little daughter who fell sick in Cappadocia an entire day. And everyone was asking about her health status till we left Turkey. I haven't seen any single impact of the Taksim Square protestations on the day-to-day life of people during our stay in Turkey and particularly during the time spent in Istanbul (almost 4 days). I would recommend Turkey as a must-visit place for my family and colleagues.
